Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Olha Stefanishyna says that the launch of the media market in Ukraine is possible only after the war.

"We have just adopted legislation regulating the media market. This legislation complies with EU legislation, it meets market conditions. A state body has also been created to monitor its implementation," Stefanishyna said in an interview with the Estonian edition of ERR.

At the same time, she noted that martial law has been imposed in the country, and there are known restrictions in the field of broadcasting.

"We will launch the media market as a market, as economically profitable projects, after the war. This is not possible now, although we are actively developing streaming platforms and various Internet projects," the Deputy Prime Minister summed up.
