David Saakashvili, the brother of the former president of Georgia, ex-head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili, has been detained in Kyiv.

"Today eight Interior Ministry representatives have detained my brother David Saakashvili, when he was going out of house in Kyiv, and took him to an unknown destination," Saakashvili wrote on his Facebook page.
