The Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine is holding a videoconference on Tuesday, and representatives of the self-proclaimed republics of Donbas are taking part in it.

"The Trilateral Contact Group's videoconference with the participation of representatives of certain districts of the Donetsk and Luhansk regions has begun," Darka Olifer, spokesperson for Kyiv's envoy to the Contact Group, Ukraine's second President Leonid Kuchma, wrote on her Facebook account.
