Ukraine is able to fulfill all the tasks necessary for the signing of the Association Agreement with the European Union in November of 2013, Foreign Affairs Minister Leonid Kozhara has said.

"To date, most of the work that is required for the signing of the Association Agreement has already been done," the minister said while talking to reporters while visiting the traditional European Town on Khreschatyk Street in Kyiv.

He said that Ukraine still needed to complete certain formalities, in particular the parliament had until October to adopt the necessary laws.

"In addition, we need to demonstrate that we are not simply adopting the laws, but also making relevant changes in our state and public life. I think that we are quite capable of doing this, and I have very high hopes of signing the Agreement on Association this November in Vilnius," the foreign minister said.
