PJSC Galnaftogaz Concern in 2016 received a net profit of UAH 770 million, while in 2015 the company's activity was unprofitable, according to the annual non-financial report posted on the website of Galnaftogaz.

At the same time, the net gross income of the company in 2016 was UAH 23.85 billion against UAH 22.64 billion a year earlier, EBITDA was UAH 2.24 billion against UAH 2.51 billion a year earlier.

As reported, during the preparation of Galnaftogaz for a shareholders meeting this spring, the company posted different data: that time it said its net profit in 2016 rose by 4.1 times (by UAH 239.487 million), to UAH 316.72 million.

Galnaftogaz Concern manages one of the largest fuel filling stations in Ukraine. It includes about 440 stations, the majority are under the OKKO brand.

The majority shareholder of the company is Vitaliy Antonov, among the minority shareholders is the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD).
