Galnaftogaz sees UAH 885 mln net loss in 2014

Public joint-stock company Galnaftogaz Concern (Lviv) saw UAH 885.199 million in net loss in 2014 compared to UAH 403.809 million in net profit in 2013.

According to a company report on a general meeting of its shareholders scheduled for April 16, 2015, the company's total assets grew by 25.3% last year or by UAH 1.645 billion, to UAH 8.148 billion. Fixed assets rose by 3.3% or UAH 111.533 million, to UAH 3.527 billion.

Total bills receivable were up by 42.2% or UAH 356.507 million, to UAH 1.201 billion, its current liabilities increased by 85.2% or UAH 893.139 million, to UAH 1.94 million, and long-term liabilities were up by 75.5% or UAH 1.604 billion, to UAH 3.73 billion.

Galnaftogaz manages one of the largest filling station chains in Ukraine with around 420 OKKO brand filling stations. The Galnaftogaz's share of the retail fuel market in 2011-2013 grew by 13.6%, to 15.1%. The majority shareholder is Vitaliy Antonov. Among the minority shareholders is the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
