Smart-holding intends to buy controlling stake in Kyiv's Podol 2000

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine has permitted Komisiano Investments Ltd. (Cyprus), the co-owner of private joint-stock company Smart-holding, to indirectly acquire a stake in the charter capital of Podol 2000 LLC (both based in Kyiv).

According to a report of the committee, the acquisition will allow Komisiano Investments Ltd. to have over 50% of the votes in the management body of Podol 2000.

The Kyiv City Council by decision No. 312/312 of November 12, 2014 resumed an agreement of October 1, 2001 on the leasing of a land plot with a gross area of 0.0672 hectares to exploit and service an office located at 7, Ihorevska Street in the Podilsky District of Kyiv for next 10 years.

Podol 2000 was founded in 2000. Its core business is construction of buildings.

The charter capital of Podol 2000 LLC as of December 12, 2014 totaled UAH 51.1561 million.

Komisiano Investments Ltd. was founded by businessman Vadim Novinsky in 2012. The company owns 75.0957% in Smart-holding and another 25.9% in the company belongs to Lovita Investments Ltd. (Cyprus).

According to the London Stock Exchange, as of late 2010 the owner of Smart Holding Group was Energees Investments of businessmen Novinsky and Andrey Kliamko.
