The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine permitted Cypriot Togebi Holdings Limited to acquire the assets of Turtess Travel LLC (Kyiv) to provide travel services.

Togebi Holdings Ltd. provides tourism and recreation services in Ukraine and Russia. Oscrivia Ltd. and TUI Travel Holding Ltd. affiliated with S-Group Direct Investments Ltd. and TUI Travel Plc own the company.

Turtess Travel has been operating on the Ukrainian tourism market since 2002. Its head office is located in Kyiv, and it has branches in Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Donetsk and Odesa.

The Turtess Partner franchise project, which now unites 52 travel agencies in Ukraine, was launched in 2004.

As reported, under a decision of the UEFA supervisory board, TUI Travel Plc was the official agency for the accommodation of UEFA guests during the Euro 2012 European football championship.
