Poroshenko issues decree on scholarships for Ukraine's outstanding athletes, coaches in Olympic sports
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has issued a decree on the appointment of scholarships to outstanding athletes and coaches of Ukraine in the Olympic sports, the presidential press service has reported.
"The president decided to award scholarships to the winners of the World and European Championships of 2017 and their coaches. According to the document, 48 sportsmen and 42 trainers will receive scholarships," the message says.
It says that Poroshenko signed decree No. 14/2018 "On the appointment of scholarships of the president of Ukraine for outstanding athletes and coaches of Ukraine in the Olympic sports."
