Ukrainian manufacturer of LED equipment Tesla Zet has received a voluntary certificate of quality from Spanish regulator Tecnocrea Advanced Tests & International Certification Agreements. Testing has confirmed a proper degree of safety and quality assurance for LED and other electrical products of Tesla Zet, as well as the right of its distribution in EU countries. From now on specialized products of the company will be marked as "CE" – Сonformite Еuropeen (Fr.), which indicate compliance with EU directives for certain types of goods. This labeling is obligatory at the market of 25 member countries of a single trading zone of Europe and product conformity certificate for meeting EC standards. Besides, this labeling approves the fact that the manufacturer undertakes the responsibility measures for keeping Global Principles of environmental security and technological reliability. "This certificate will also promote the rise of commercial value of Tesla Zet products in relation to consumers confidence and reputation enhancement of the brand at the international markets, where quality and energy efficiency of products are of extreme importance," emphasized the founder of Tesla Zet company Andriy Fesivs'ky. We need to stress out that obligatory certification of lighting equipment was abolished in 2015 in Ukraine as a step to meet European manufacturers, for whom recertification would be redundant and occasionally could become a form of administrative pressure. Currently only declaring for meeting certain technological requirements is efficient for the residents of Ukraine, which is made in written form by the manufacturer itself. "Unfortunately, this weakness in regulatory norms is willingly used by manufacturers and importers with unsatisfactory lighting facilities, as the law now allows them to work at the Ukrainian market without any problems and taking any administrative responsibility for the production induced and economic results," noticed Andriy Fesivs'ky. Due to the fact that lighting facilities in Ukraine are not liable to obligatory certification in UkrSEPRO system, voluntary certification for Ukrainian manufacturers establishes the level of their competitive advantage at the European market in accordance with EU quality standards. Product quality certificate for LED lamps and projectors, halogen lamps with irregular caps and lighting fixtures adjusted for such lamps are especially popular. Due to the fact that the cost of these innovative products with high energy saving rate is rather high, manufacturer warranty, given in accordance with international standards, is in great demand in Ukraine.
