Infrastructure Ministry destabilizing work of UkSATSE – trade union of air dispatchers

Kyiv, June 20 (Interfax-Ukraine) – The Infrastructure Ministry of Ukraine is destabilizing the work of the Ukrainian State Air Traffic Services Enterprise (UkSATSE), the president of the Federation of Trade Unions of Ukrainian Air Traffic Controllers, Serhiy Loboda, has said.

He expressed his opinion at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine, commenting on the dismissal of Yuriy Cherednychenko from the post of CEO of the company and the appointment of an acting head of UkSATSE.

The president of the Federation of the Trade Unions of Air Workers of Aviation Location, Radio Navigation and Communications of Ukraine, Oleksiy Smolsky, in turn, said he believes that Infrastructure Minister Maksym Burbak by using such actions intends to establish control over the enterprise.

According to him, the trade unions on this issue appealed in an open letter to the president, the prime minister, as well as in statements made to the courts.
