On Monday, December 12, at 12.00, the Interfax-Ukraine News Agency's press center will host a press conference "Academic Unworthiness of the Year": "Honouring" of Top Plagiarists, Forgers, Pseudo Scholars, "Toxic" Rectors and Lap-dog Officials by Dissergate Activists."
