Zelenskyy dismisses Rud as UDO Head
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has signed a decree to dismiss Serhiy Rud as Head the Administration of State Guard of Ukraine (UDO).
Decree No. 317/2024 was published on the website of the head of state on Thursday.
