The International Organization for Migration (IOM) will restore three houses in Irpin and two in the village of Horenka Hostomel community (Kyiv region), which were destroyed by Russian occupiers, Head of the Regional Military Administration Ruslan Kravchenko said.

"Today, together with the Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister for Reintegration of Temporarily Occupied Territories Iryna Vereshchuk, Chief of Mission of IOM Ukraine Alessia Schiavon and representatives of the Irpin and Hostomel communities signed memorandums that should intensify all processes. Houses will be restored within the framework of the project "Improving the Housing Conditions of Internally Displaced Persons in Eastern Ukraine," Kravchenko wrote on Facebook on Friday.

According to him, in total, residents of 263 apartments will be able to return to their homes.

Kravchenko added, "cooperation with international partners on the restoration of these facilities began last year. All sites were demined. One house, in Irpin, will be built from scratch. Others will be overhauled."
