Polish farmers block movement of trucks at entrance to Korczowa checkpoint on border with Ukraine
Truck traffic is difficult at the Krakovets-Korczowa checkpoint on the Ukrainian-Polish border, the State Border Service of Ukraine reports.
“According to information from Polish border guards, today at about 11:10 on Polish territory on the road in front of the Korczowa checkpoint adjacent to the Ukrainian settlement of Krakovets, Polish farmers began blocking traffic for cargo vehicles. In this regard, traffic complications are possible at exit from Poland and entry," the State Border Service said on Telegram.
According to Ukrainian border guards, about 1,730 trucks are waiting to enter Ukraine in Poland.
“There are no plans to obstruct the movement of buses and passenger vehicles,” the report states.
