HACC refuses Justice Ministry to recover 49% of Alliance Holding LLC, approves recovery of 100% of Alliance-Ukraine LLC

The High Anti-Corruption Court (HACC) refused the Ministry of Justice to collect 49% of Alliance Holding LLC into state revenue and approved the recovery of 100% of Alliance-Ukraine LLC, Director of the Department of Sanctions Policy of the Ministry of Justice Inna Bohatykh said.

"We don't know the court's arguments yet. I hope to receive a full decision in the near future. From what was announced at the meeting, HACC refused to recover the share in Alliance Holding LLC and satisfied the claim for the recovery of 100% of the share in the capital of Alliance-Ukraine LLC, she said on her Facebook on Friday.

Bohatykh said she was not satisfied with the HACC decision, and the Justice Ministry would prepare an appeal.

As reported, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in October 2023 filed a claim with for HACC the recovery of the state's assets of the sanctioned Russian businessman Eduard Khudainatov, who is the owner of JSC Independent Oil and Gas Company and former first vice president, deputy chairman of the board, member of the board of directors of PJSC Rosneft.
