The Center for Reconstructive Surgery Superhumans Center signed memorandums with two French clinics in Kyiv.

According to Superhumans Center, the medical director of the Superhumans Center Andriy Vilensky signed two memorandums with French clinics – the UGECAM North-East regional institute of physical rehabilitation and Assistance publique - Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP).

The memorandum was signed within the framework of the French medical mission under the patronage of Ukraine's Ministry of Health and France's Ministry of Health.

In addition, Superhumans Center agreed with one of the largest manufacturers of prosthetics in the world, Ottobock, to expand cooperation in the field of training and the introduction of new technologies.

"We have received a new solution for upper limb prostheses, specially developed for Ukraine," Superhumans Center reported.

As reported, investments in the launch of the Superhumans rehabilitation medical center in Lviv are estimated at $54 million. Funds to finance the project are raised in Ukraine and abroad through fundraising. The project has already been supported by the Howard G. Buffett Foundation, Richard Branson's Virgin Unite Foundation, Cargill, Payoneer, Freedom Finance, Loro Piano, Mastercard, SD Capital and others.

The first building of the Superhumans Center for Rehabilitation, Prosthetics and Reconstructive Surgery opened in April in Lviv on the basis of one of the local hospitals. The Superhumans clinic will focus on prosthetics for adults and children, surgery to reconstruct and restore disfigured parts of the body, particularly the face, and treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder.

The clinic will have 100 beds, two operating rooms, a laboratory for the production of prosthetics and a physiotherapy department.

A memorandum of cooperation was signed between Superhumans and the Ministry of Health. The project is being created on the initiative of Ukrainian businessman Andriy Stavnitser. Another of its founders is Filip Hrushko.
