The body of a dead man, a warehouse worker, was found under the rubble of a warehouse damaged as a result of an attack by enemy drones in Lviv, Mayor of the city Andriy Sadovy has said.

"The body of a dead man who worked in a warehouse was found under the rubble," he said on his Telegram channel on Tuesday morning.

Later, the mayor said three warehouses have been destroyed by the strikes.

"These are warehouses with windows, household chemicals, as well as premises where the charitable mission Caritas-Spes stored humanitarian aid. In total, the fire area is about 10,000 square meters," Sadovy said.

As reported, Lviv region was attacked on Tuesday morning by 18 Shahed-type UAVs, 15 of them were shot down, seven directly in the airspace of the region, and three hit industrial warehouses in Lviv.

Earlier, with reference to Head of Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytsky, it was reported that one victim was a 26-year-old young man who was in the warehouse at the time of the attack. There was also a woman at the scene who did not require hospitalization.
