On the night of Thursday, March 24, Russian aircraft launched missile attacks on the cities of Luhansk region, dropped phosphorus bombs on Rubizhne (Luhansk region), four people were killed, including two children, six people were injured, head of Luhansk regional military administration Serhiy Gaidai said.

"The situation is very difficult in Rubizhne, where fighting continues in the middle of the city. According to confirmed information, we have four dead, two of whom are children, and six wounded. The Russians are in agony. They cannot go into the depths, so they began to use heavy weapons. Rocket strikes were carried out on Lysychansk and Novodruzhesk, and Russian aviation began dropping phosphorus bombs on Rubizhne. Therefore, unfortunately, the number of victims may be much higher," Haidai wrote in Telegram on Thursday morning.

According to him, during the day 31 objects were damaged or completely destroyed in the region, of which 23 were houses. In particular, ten high-rise buildings and 13 private houses, 16 of them were engulfed in flames. Residents of Severodonetsk, Lysychansk, Rubizhne, Kreminna, Novodruzhesk, and Voevodivka were subjected to shelling.

"Currently, 35 settlements remain de-energized - 14 partially, 21 completely. Some 101,526 consumers are without electricity. There is no gas supply in 27 settlements - in 22 completely and five partially (in total, this is about 32,550 subscribers), head of Luhansk regional military administration said.
