Russian army in Ukraine losing morale and willpower – Arestovych

The Russian military stationed on the territory of Ukraine is losing morale and willpower due to the loss of personnel, and most often they are in a helpless state, Oleksiy Arestovych, adviser to the President's Office head, said.

"We are inflicting losses on the enemy. The enemy is losing its moral and strong-willed qualities, is, to a greater extent, in a helpless state. It is surrendering to our troops," Arestovych said in a video message on Wednesday.

According to him, the Russian military is directing most of its efforts to the information and psychological space.

"Our experts have found that most of the information that they submit as destroyed Ukrainian equipment is the destroyed equipment of the Russian troops, which they film and submit in such a way that the Armed Forces of Ukraine are allegedly suffering losses," the adviser to the President's Office head emphasized.

He added that the Armed Forces of Ukraine do suffer losses in the fight against the invaders, but they are "much, much less than the enemy's."
