The Uriadovy Kurier official publication continues delaying the publication of a lion's share of decisions of the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER), Head of the regulator Oksana Kryvenko said in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine last week.

"The half of the decisions is published. Since the start of the year, 73 out of 131 decisions have been published," she said.

As reported, the previous head of the NCER, Dmytro Vovk, repeatedly accused the Uriadovy Kurier of gross interference in the work of the commission by "manually regulating" the disclosure of the decisions of the regulator.

Negative influence of the Uriadovy Kurier on the work of the Ukrainian energy regulator is also noted by the Energy Community.

In turn, the Ukrainian Association of Renewable Energy accuses the Uriadovy Kurier publication of inflicting multi-million losses on the renewable energy sector of the country by delaying publication of the decisions of the NCER.
