Rada fails to approve session's agenda

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine could not approve the agenda of the session. The deputies voted six times for relevant resolution No. 8063, but they could not even get the minimum number of votes for a positive decision (226) to make a decision.

"The agenda includes 2,900 bills, almost all of which were registered. There are bills on the Anti-Corruption court among these issues," Verkhovna Rada Speaker Andriy Parubiy said at the morning plenary session of the parliament in Kyiv on Tuesday.

Not a single vote in support of the resolution was given by the Batkivschyna faction and Opposition Bloc, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
