The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Legal Policy and Justice has recommended that the parliament return bill (No. 6011) on the creation of the Anti-Corruption Court to its authors who submitted the relevant application, said a member of this committee, an MP from the People's Front faction Leonid Yemets.

The Committee for Legal Policy and Justice decided to recommend the Verkhovna Rada return the deputy bill to the subjects of the initiative (according to their statement)," he wrote on his Facebook page on Thursday.

At the same time, the MP added that the bill is an obstacle for the bill's introduction by the president of his authorship, as recommended by the Venice Commission.

After the Committee's conclusions, the question of returning this bill to its authors should be put to the session hall of the parliament.

Draft law No. 6011, registered by a group of people's deputies in February 2017, was introduced by the parliament to the session's agenda, therefore, in order to remove it from consideration, it is necessary to vote in the session hall.
