Klimkin, UNESCO director-general agree on parameters of monitoring situation in Crimea

 Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin has said that he agreed with UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova on the parameters of monitoring the situation in Crimea.

"We are implementing the decision of the UNESCO Executive Board. We agreed with UNESCO Director-General Irina Bokova on the parameters of monitoring the situation in Crimea," Klimkin wrote on his Twitter page on Friday.

He also stated about the strengthening of "pressure on Russia" and added that UNESCO attaches an important role to the Group of Friends of Ukraine, which was created on Kyiv's initiative.
