Military men and equipment are being pulled in to the residence of President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko in Kozyn, People's Deputy Viktoria Voytsytska said on her Facebook page.

"I understand the fact that today many law enforcers have been involved in securing the order in the places where the protests were held in the center. And it's good that the day passed without significant incidents. But explain why so many people and equipment have been pulled to protect the president's private residence? Moreover, the road was blocked for a while. Who should we be afraid of? And I only took photos of a small part of people and military equipment," Voytsytska wrote.

The MP also said that her question about why there were so many military men and technical equipment in the given place was explained by the fact that military training is being conducted there.

On October 17 a large-scale rally began on the Constitution Square near the Verkhovna Rada. Demonstration leaders are calling for the revocation of deputy immunity from prosecution, the creation of an anti-corruption court and for changes to election legislation. Later, tents were set up opposite the Verkhovna Rada.
