Donetsk filtration station's power line restored, to be reconnected on Wednesday

1 min read

A damaged power line near the Donetsk filtration station has been repaired and is due to be reconnected to the power supply on Wednesday, the press service of the Ukrainian Ministry of Temporarily Occupied Territories said.

"Work to reconnect the Donetsk filter station is planned for tomorrow, the power line is working," the ministry said in a statement on Tuesday.

It was reported that over 23,000 residents in Avdiyivka and nearby villages were left without steady water supply after the Donetsk filter station stopped operating on the evening of June 3 as a result of mortar shelling and damage to a high-voltage power line in the breakaway part of Ukraine.
