The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine is within one month obliged to ensure the carrying out of checks of the use of funds from the national budget and borrowed funds allocated to prepare for the Euro 2012 championship in Ukraine, and if any laws were violated, to take measures to punish the guilty persons.

The obligation is stipulated in the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine regarding the aviation sector, which was enacted by the decree of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko of September 4.

In addition, the government within one month is ordered to take measures to accelerate the drawing up of a draft law on the creation of the national commission for transport regulation and submit it to the parliament.
