Proshenko creates delegation to hold talks with IBRD on loan agreement

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has created a delegation to participate in the negotiations with the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) on the signing of the loan agreement (the Second Financial Sector Development Policy Loan (FSDPL2) and authorized Finance Minister Natalie Jaresko to sign the agreement.

"To create the Ukrainian delegation to participate in the negotiations with IBRD on the signing of the FSDPL2 agreement between Ukraine and IBRD," reads president's decree No. 667/2015-rp of August 20 posted on his website last week.

Deputy Finance Minister Artem Shevalev heads the delegation.

The delegation includes Director of the International Agreement Legal Due Diligence and International Cooperation Department of the Justice Ministry of Ukraine Tamara Andreyeva, Advisor of the European Integration Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine Oksana Zolotariova, Deputy Director of the Debt and International Financial Policy Department and Head of the International Organization Cooperation and International Technical Aid Coordination Department of the Finance Ministry of Ukraine Viktoria Kolosova, Deputy Director of the International Relations Department and Head of the European Integration and International Cooperation Department of the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU, to his consent) Volodymyr Kuchin, Head of the Financial Department and a member of the Executive Directorate of the Individuals' Deposit Guarantee Fund (to her consent) Olena Nuzhnenko and Deputy Director of the Financial Policy Department and Head of the Banking Services and NBU Cooperation Coordination Department Natalia Strakhova.

According to the resolution, the directives of the Ukrainian delegation for the negotiations with IBRD have been approved.

Poroshenko also authorized Jaresko to sign the agreement and letters with financial and economic data.
