"Members of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission and of the Control and Coordination Center came under fire launched with 82-millimeter mortars at Ukrainian forces' positions not far from the bridge across the Siversky Donets River, where they were photographing and measuring craters left after previous shelling attacks," the press center said on Facebook on Sunday evening.

The press center said that shells were fired from the village of Vesela Hora controlled by the self-proclaimed Luhansk People's Republic, and hit the ground at a distance of 200 meters from the monitors.

The OSCE monitors left the scene for safety after the shelling attack began. No one was hurt. The mission's motor vehicles were not damaged, either.
