The European Union has yet to receive an official proposal from the Ukrainian authorities to introduce peacekeeping forces in its territory, so there is no official EU position on the issue yet, says Vygaudas Usackas, the head of the EU delegation to Russia.

"We have not even seen a concrete proposal, so we have no official position on this matter," he told reporters on Friday.
