Ukrainian army reports two men killed, 18 wounded

The Ukrainian army lost two men and had another 18 wounded as a result of Donbas hostilities over the past day, Ukrainian General Staff spokesman Vladyslav Selezniov said.

"Ukraine lost two servicemen killed in combat, and another 18 [servicemen] suffered injuries of varying degrees," he said at a press briefing on Wednesday morning.

Ukrainian hospitals are treating 458 servicemen of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and other military units, Selezniov said, adding that "ten servicemen are in serious condition."

Twenty-five Ukrainian soldiers with severe wounds are being treated abroad, he said.
