Ukrainian Prosecutor General's Office has received a permit to arrest UAH 125 million on accounts of persons affiliated with former finance minister of Ukraine Yuriy Kolobov.

"Prosecutor General's Office jointly with the State Financial Monitoring Service of Ukraine has revealed accounts at banks and blocked funds of persons affiliated with former finance minister of Ukraine Kolobov suspected of committing crime under part 5 of Article 191 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The total sum in the hryvnia equivalent amounts to over UAH 125 million" the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office said on Saturday.

The Prosecutor General's Office received a decision of the investigating magistrate of Pechersky district court of Kyiv to arrest the funds.

Kolobov was finance minister from February 2012 to February 2014 in the government of Mykola Azarov.
