The army operation press center claimed on Thursday that the militants had opened fire at the urban-type settlement Stanytsia Luhanska in the Luhansk region, the village of Hranitne in the Volnovakha district, and the village of Taramchuk in the Mariyinka district of the Donetsk region.

"Stanytsia Luhanska was put under light weapons fire and a new terminal of the Donetsk airport came under fire twice," the press center wrote on Facebook.

The militants used mortars against Hranitne. Artillery struck on Ukrainian army positions in Taramchuk, the report said.
