U.S. Vice President Joe Biden has said that Russia is not honoring its commitments under the Minsk agreements and urged the Russian leadership to deliver on them.

The matter involves a number of obligations, including that of a ceasefire, which Russia is not complying with, Biden said at a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko in Kyiv on Friday.

He called on Russia to withdraw its weapon systems and military personnel from Ukrainian territory.
