Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said that Russia violates the Minsk agreement.

"Ukraine needs peace and the Ukrainian state, the president and the government are doing their best in order to reach a peaceful solution to the conflict in the east... The Minsk agreement… is observed by Ukraine and grossly violated by the Russian side," Yatseniuk said at a joint press conference with German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier in Kyiv on Tuesday.
