Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree that enacted the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) dated November 4 on urgent measures to stabilize the socio-economic situation in Donetsk and Luhansk regions.

"To support the proposal of the president of Ukraine regarding his submitting a draft law to the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on the annulment of the law of Ukraine on the special order of self-governance in certain districts of Donetsk and Luhansk regions," reads the NSDC decision.

The decree, signed on November 14, will enter into force on the day of publication.
