Militants and Russian troops made 89 attacks on the positions of the anti-terrorist operation (ATO) forces from 1800 on September 5 to 0600 on September 9, and one of these cases was recorded by OSCE representatives, the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) has reported.

"In particular, the roadblocks of the ATO forces near Donetske, Komyshuvakha and Debaltseve were shelled yesterday," NSDC information and analytical center spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing in Kyiv on Tuesday.

He noted that as of September 9, despite the ceasefire, the militants are continuing to violate the agreements reached, and continue firing on the positions of the ATO forces in some places.

"The most dangerous situation is recorded near Donetsk (airport), Debaltseve, Severodonetsk, Schastia, Faschivka, and Avdiyivka. In particular, a violation of the truce by terrorists near the town of Schastia was recorded by OSCE observers," Lysenko said.
