Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen do not trust claims by militants about the creation of corridors for allegedly leaving the encircled area and are not going to lay down their arms, National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) spokesman Andriy Lysenko has said.

"No matter how iridescently these humanitarian corridors referred to by the Russian Federation and the information resources of terrorist groups were described, they do not really exist," he said at a briefing on Friday.

He noted that the fighting was currently underway in many parts of the Donbas and that the Ukrainian military was not going to give up.

"Ukraine is not ready to lay down arms and fall to its knees before the aggressor. We will fight until the end. And we will win," Lysenko said.
