Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) has reported that equipment from Luhansk plants was not found in the trucks of the so-called Russian humanitarian convoy, which returned to Russia from Luhansk.

"As for the technical equipment, according to the reports we received from our border guards and customs officers, trucks crossed the Izvaryne checkpoint, and they did not have this equipment on board," NSDC spokesman Andriy Lysenko said at a briefing on Monday.

"In this regard, we hope that it remained on Ukrainian territory," he added.

On Saturday, August 23, Lysenko said that, according to the latest reports, Russians were loading equipment of the Topaz industrial center, which produces modern passive sensors of Kolchuga type, and equipment of a Luhansk plant, which produces cartridges for small arms, into the trucks that entered Ukraine under guise of the humanitarian convoy.
