Russia hasn't withdrawn troops from Ukraine's border, despite Kremlin's assurances – Ukrainian Foreign Ministry
Ukraine's Foreign Ministry has said that Russia has not withdrawn its troops from the Ukrainian border, despite the assurance of Russian President Vladimir Putin.
"In practice, at least at the moment, their deployment hasn't changed," the Foreign Ministry's Information Policy Director Yevhen Perebyinis said at a press briefing on Tuesday.
