Head of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission to Ukraine Ertugrul Apakan will address the OSCE Permanent Council in Vienna on May 15.

"As part of the regular reporting process, Ambassador Apakan will present the mission's first report to the Permanent Council," the special mission said in a statement posted on its page on Facebook.

In addition, the ambassador is expected to meet with reporters on the sidelines of the Permanent Council.
