Ukrainian Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said that armed people have seized the building of a district police department in Sloviansk (Donetsk region).

"0930. Armed people in camouflage have seized the district police department in Sloviansk. Here the reaction will be very tough. As is the difference between a protester and a terrorist," the minister wrote on his Facebook page on Saturday morning.

There were five or six armed people in camouflage at the time of the seizure, a spokesperson for the Donetsk region told Channel 5.
