The main investigation department of the Prosecutor General's Office has declared former Ukrainian Deputy Interior Minister Viktor Ratushniak and former Ukrainian Interior Troops Commander Stanislav Shuliak suspects in the case on abuse of office and put them on the wanted list, the press service of the Prosecutor General's Office has reported.

According to the press service, Ratushniak was declared a suspect under Part 3, Article 27, Part 2, Article 15 and Part 3, Article 365 (complicity in a crime, attempted crime, abuse of office or power) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine and Shuliak under Part 3, Article 365 of the Criminal Code.

On March 12, the court ordered the detention of these individuals and their delivery to court. They were placed on the wanted list.
