PGO studying Tymoshenko cases, will close them only in absence of evidence of her guilt, Makhnitsky says

Acting Prosecutor General of Ukraine Oleh Makhnitsky has said that all criminal cases against former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko can be closed only if there is no evidence of her guilt.

"These cases will also be reviewed. I have issued an instruction to study these cases. If there is no evidence of her guilt, then of course we should make an objective, legitimate decision," he said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
