Head of Kharkiv Regional State Administration Mykhailo Dobkin has tendered his resignation.

"I hereby request to be removed from office following my decision to run for the office of the President of Ukraine," Dobkin said in a statement address to the Ukrainian president, posted on the official Web site of Kharkiv Regional State Administration.
