Rada dismisses Constitutional Court judges appointed from its quota, proposes acting president and congress of judges dismiss the rest

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has terminate the powers of five judges of the Constitutional Court appointed from the parliament's quota, for violating their oath, and also proposed the acting president and the congress of judges dismiss the rest of the Constitutional Court judges.

A total of 307 out of the 368 MPs registered in the session hall voted for a relevant resolution on Thursday, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent said.

According to the resolution, the parliament dismissed Anatoliy Holovin, Mykhailo Kolos, Maria Markush, Vyacheslav Ovcharenko and Oleksandr Faseniuk.
