Rada special session to be held at 1000 on January 28, says speaker
An extraordinary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will be held at 1000 on Tuesday, January 28, according to the parliament's Web site.
The session will be held in response to a relevant request from Ukrainian MPs, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak said.
