Rada's meeting adjourned until 1600 for consultations
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak opened the morning session of the parliament on Tuesday and almost immediately announced a break until 1600 for consultation.
"At present, leaders of all factions are holding consultations in the office of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada," the speaker said and then announced the break.
A total of 269 MPs were registered in the session hall in the morning, an Interfax-Ukraine correspondent reported.
The parliament's rostrum is blocked by the opposition.
