Ukrainian Prime Minister Mykola Azarov has said that Kyiv has decided to accede to the agreement of the Customs Union on the elimination of technical barriers in trade with the CIS member states, which are not members of the Customs Union.

"First and foremost, we need to consider the matter of joining the agreement of the Customs Union member countries on the elimination of technical barriers in trade with the CIS member states, which are not members of the Customs Union," he said opening a government meeting on Wednesday.
