Arricano announces the renewal of the anchor grocery tenant, instead of hypermarkets of the Auchan Ukraine chain in the Soniachna Halereya shopping center (Kryvy Rih) and the CITY MALL shopping center (Zaporizhia) Silpo supermarkets will begin operating in the summer, said the developer's press service.

“It is very important for us that the experience of guests of our shopping malls is always filled with positive emotions, so we are constantly working on updates to strengthen the tenant mix of the shopping center. Now we have planned many changes and concluding an agreement with the market leader in FMCG, which is the supermarket chain Silpo. This is only the first step. We are convinced that our visitors will like the updated shopping centers," noted Arricano CEO Hanna Chubotina.

It is noted that Arricano Real Estate LLC has entered into lease agreements with Silpo in both regional projects, and already in the first half of April the team of the Silpo network will begin the active phase of transforming the grocery tenant area and implementing its own solutions for supermarkets in Zaporizhia and Kryvy Rih.

“In June we plan to open Silpo supermarkets in the CITY MALL and Soniachna Halereya shopping malls. We are now working on an updated style for our standard stores,” noted the retailer’s press service.

Arricano is convinced that the opening of a new supermarket, as well as the organization of new retail outlets in the shopping mall by optimizing the space of the food retailer, will expand the assortment of the shopping gallery of the Soniachna Halereya shopping mall and the CITY MALL shopping mall, attracting well-known brands of clothing and electronics.
